支払時期・方法Billing timing / method

有料プランはStripeによるクレジットカード払いです。無料トライアル終了時に初回料金を請求し、以後1か月ごとに自動更新・請求します。

利用料以外の必要料金Other required charges

インターネット接続料金等は利用者負担です。請求書のウォレット送金に必要なネットワーク手数料は支払者負担です。OPEN請求の有料プラン申込みに伴うカード決済手数料を利用者へ別途加算することはありません。Users pay their internet access costs and any wallet network fee required for an invoice transfer. No separate card-processing surcharge is added to an OPEN Seikyu paid-plan subscription.

役務の提供時期Service availability

アカウント作成後、直ちにFreeプランを利用できます。有料機能は申込手続完了後（無料トライアルがある場合は開始時）に利用できます。The Free plan is available after account setup. Paid features are available after signup, or when a free trial begins.

解約・返金Cancellation / refunds

請求期間の終了前に請求者用画面から解約できます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となります。法令上必要な場合を除き、支払済み料金の日割り返金は行いません。

動作環境・特別条件Technical requirements

インターネット接続および対応ブラウザが必要です。ウォレット払いには対応ウォレット、対象ネットワークのトークンおよびネットワーク手数料が必要です。通信環境、外部サービスまたはブロックチェーンの状態により処理が遅延する場合があります。An internet connection and supported browser are required. Wallet payments require a compatible wallet, token, network, and network fee. External services or blockchain conditions may delay processing.

請求者と支払者間の取引Issuer-payer transaction

商品・役務、返品、返金その他の取引条件は各請求者が定めます。当サービスは請求画面、外部ウォレットへの直接送金内容の生成および公開取引の技術的照合を提供し、資産を預からず、当事者間の決済条件を仲介しません。Each issuer sets the terms for its goods or services, returns, and refunds. The service provides invoice screens, constructs direct transfer details to external wallets, and technically checks public transactions; it does not custody assets or broker settlement terms.
