インターネット接続料金等は利用者負担です。請求書のウォレット送金に必要なネットワーク手数料は支払者負担です。Users pay their internet access costs and any wallet network fee required for an invoice transfer.

役務の提供時期Service availability

通常ログインをせずに請求内容を入力し、発行者メールに届く6桁コードを確認すると、請求書と支払い画面を直ちに作成できます。お試しでは請求先メールを入力・送信せず、希望時のみ自分宛てへお試しメールを送ります。確認だけでアカウントは作成されず、新規作成にはGoogleアカウントを使用します。An issuer can create an invoice and payment page by confirming a six-digit code sent to the issuer email without a normal sign-in. The trial does not collect or email a recipient address and sends an optional trial message only to the issuer. Verification does not create an account; new accounts use Google.

利用上限・特別条件Usage limits / special conditions

ログインなしのお試し作成は1メールアドレスにつき24時間で3件まで、自分宛てのお試しメールは1日1通までです。安定運営のため、個別・一括・定期を合計した請求作成は1アカウントにつき月1,000件までです。メールの配信待ち登録は月1,500通、1回100通までです。無料運営中の請求・督促メールはサービス全体で1日70通まで順次送信し、超過分は翌日以降へ持ち越します。不正利用、制限回避または通常利用を著しく超える負荷がある場合は、必要な範囲で利用を制限することがあります。Trial creation without signing in is limited to three invoices per email address in 24 hours, and the self-addressed trial email is limited to one per day. For stable operation, invoice creation across individual, batch, and recurring modes is limited to 1,000 per account per month. Up to 1,500 emails per month and 100 at once may be queued. During free operation, the service sends up to 70 invoice and reminder emails per day, and overflow remains queued. Use may be restricted as necessary for abuse, limit evasion, or excessive load.

Wallet payments require a compatible wallet, token, network, and network fee. External services or blockchain conditions may delay processing.

請求者と支払者間の取引Issuer-payer transaction

通常の請求では、商品・役務、支払時期、提供時期、キャンセル、返金その他の取引条件を各請求者が請求ごとに設定し、発行時の内容が支払いページと請求書に表示されます。ログインなしのお試し発行では条件入力は任意で、空欄の場合は「条件未設定・当事者間で確認」と表示されます。条件の確認、発行後の変更、取消しまたは返金は請求者と支払者が自己の責任で直接協議します。当サービスは請求画面、外部ウォレットへの直接送金内容の生成および公開取引の技術的照合を提供し、資産を預からず、当事者間の決済条件を仲介しません。For a regular invoice, each issuer sets the goods or services, payment and delivery timing, cancellation, refund, and other terms for each invoice. The terms fixed at issuance appear on the payment page and invoice. In the sign-in-free trial flow, these fields are optional; if omitted, the page states that the terms are unset and must be confirmed directly. Issuer and payer are responsible for directly discussing the terms, later changes, cancellation, or refunds. The service provides invoice screens, constructs direct transfer details to external wallets, and technically checks public transactions; it does not custody assets or broker settlement terms.
