1. 取得する情報1. Information collected

請求者の氏名・事業者名・メールアドレス・連絡先・住所・インボイス登録番号、請求先の氏名・メールアドレス、請求内容・金額・期日、請求ごとの支払い・提供条件およびキャンセル・返金条件、支払状態・領収書情報、ウォレットアドレス・トランザクションハッシュ・公開ブロックチェーン情報、認証・パスキー・端末確認情報、問い合わせ内容、Cookie等、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、アクセス・操作・セキュリティログを取得します。カード番号とウォレット秘密鍵は取得・保存しません。We collect issuer identity, business, contact, address and tax-registration data; recipient names and emails; invoice details, including invoice-specific payment, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms; payment and receipt status; wallet addresses, transaction hashes and public-chain data; authentication, passkey and device-verification data; inquiries; cookies and similar technologies; IP, device, browser, access, operation and security logs. We do not collect or store card numbers or wallet private keys.

ログイン前の請求下書きは、同じブラウザタブのsessionStorageに1件だけ保存され、新しい下書きで上書きされます。下書きはタブを閉じたときに通常消去され、保存から24時間を超えた場合は読み込み時に無効化・削除されます。お試しでは請求先メールを入力しません。確認コードを送るときは発行者メール、IPアドレス、安全確認情報等をサーバーと委託先で処理し、コードは復元できない形式で有効期限付き保存します。希望した場合は同じ発行者メールへお試しメールを送ります。コード確認後に作成した場合、発行者情報、受取先および請求内容をサーバーへ保存します。コード確認だけでブラウザをログイン状態にせず、アカウントも作成しません。新規アカウント作成時はGoogleから認証情報を取得します。A pre-login invoice draft is stored as a single item in sessionStorage for the same browser tab and is replaced by new input. It normally disappears when the tab closes and expires after 24 hours. The trial does not collect a recipient email. When a verification code is requested, the issuer email, IP address, human-verification data, and related information are processed, and the code is stored in a non-recoverable form with an expiry. If requested, a trial message is sent to that same issuer email. After code confirmation, issuer, wallet, and invoice data are stored. Verification neither signs in the browser nor creates an account. Google authentication data is obtained when creating a new account.

本人確認、アカウント管理、請求リンク・請求書・領収書の作成と配信、ウォレット送金内容の生成と公開取引の照合、問い合わせ対応、不正利用・障害の防止、監査、機能改善、利用状況の分析、法令上の義務履行および重要な連絡のために利用します。We use data for authentication, accounts, invoices and receipts, wallet transfer construction and public-transaction matching, support, abuse and incident prevention, audit, improvement, analytics, legal obligations, and important notices.

3. 請求者が登録する第三者情報3. Third-party data entered by issuers

請求者は、請求先の情報を登録・利用するために必要な通知、同意その他の適法な根拠を確保してください。運営者は、請求者の指示に基づき本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で当該情報を処理します。Issuers must provide required notices and obtain consent or another lawful basis before entering recipient data. The operator processes it as needed to provide the service on the issuer’s instructions.

4. 外部委託先・情報送信先4. Processors and destinations

機能に応じて、Google（認証）、Supabase（データベース・認証基盤）、Vercel（ホスティング）、Resend等（メール配信）、Cloudflare Turnstile（不正利用防止）、WalletConnect/Reown、対応ウォレット、RPC・価格情報提供者および各ブロックチェーンへ、必要な情報を送信します。各提供者はそれぞれの規約・プライバシーポリシーに従って処理します。Depending on enabled features, necessary data is sent to Google (authentication), Supabase (database/auth infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), email providers such as Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse prevention), WalletConnect/Reown, compatible wallets, RPC and rate providers, and relevant blockchains. Each provider applies its own terms and privacy policy.

5. 第三者提供・国外取扱い5. Disclosure and international processing

本人の同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合、生命・財産等の保護に必要な場合、または前項の委託先に必要な範囲で取り扱わせる場合を除き、個人データを第三者へ提供しません。委託先の設備や担当者が国外に所在する場合があり、契約上の措置その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。個人情報を販売しません。We do not disclose personal data except with consent, under law, to protect persons or property, or to processors as necessary. Provider infrastructure or personnel may be overseas; we use contractual and other reasonable safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookie・アクセス解析6. Cookies and analytics

ログイン状態、セキュリティ、表示設定、利用状況の把握のためCookie、localStorageおよびsessionStorage等を利用することがあります。ログイン前下書きには前記のsessionStorageを使用します。ブラウザ設定で制限すると、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。現在、行動ターゲティング広告の配信または広告配信事業者への利用者データ提供は行っていません。Cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar technologies may support login, security, display preferences, and usage analysis. The pre-login draft uses sessionStorage as described above. Restricting these technologies may make some features unavailable. We do not currently serve behaviorally targeted ads or provide user data to advertising providers.

7. 公開ブロックチェーン7. Public blockchains

ウォレットアドレス、送金額、トランザクションハッシュ等は公開ブロックチェーンに記録され、第三者が閲覧でき、原則として訂正・削除できません。本サービス内の表示を削除しても公開台帳上の記録は消去されません。Wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction hashes are recorded on public blockchains, visible to others, and generally cannot be corrected or deleted. Removing an in-service display does not erase the public ledger.

8. 保存期間8. Retention

サービス提供期間中および請求・会計・税務・返金・紛争対応・不正防止・法令遵守に必要な期間保存し、不要となった情報は安全な方法で削除または匿名化します。バックアップやセキュリティログは通常データより遅れて削除される場合があります。ログイン前下書きと公開ブロックチェーンの記録は前記のとおりです。We retain data during service use and as needed for invoicing, accounting, tax, refunds, disputes, abuse prevention, and law, then delete or anonymize it securely. Backups and security logs may be removed later than active data. Pre-login drafts and public-chain records are handled as described above.

9. 安全管理9. Security

アクセス制御、認証、通信暗号化、権限の最小化、ログ記録、委託先管理その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。事故が発生した場合は、法令に従い調査、影響軽減、本人・監督機関への通知等を行います。We use reasonable safeguards including access control, authentication, encrypted communications, least privilege, logging, and processor management. For incidents, we investigate, mitigate, and notify affected persons or authorities as law requires.

10. 開示・訂正・削除等10. Access, correction, and deletion

保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去または第三者提供停止の請求は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。本人確認の上、個人情報保護法その他の法令に従って対応します。請求先情報については、まず当該請求者へご連絡いただく場合があります。Contact us to request notice of purpose, access, correction, addition, deletion, restriction, erasure, or stopping disclosure. We verify identity and respond under applicable law. For recipient data, we may first direct you to the relevant issuer.
