お試しに招待コードやログインは必要ですか？Do I need an invitation code or login for the trial?
不要です。「お試しで1件作る」から内容を入力し、自分のメールに届く6桁コードを確認すると、請求書と支払い画面を作成できます。請求先のメールは入力せず、請求先への送信も行いません。希望すると自分宛てだけにお試しメールを1通送れます。確認だけでアカウントは作成されません。No. Enter the details and confirm the six-digit code sent to your email to create an invoice and payment page. The trial neither collects nor emails the recipient address. You may optionally send one trial message only to yourself. Verification does not create an account.
ログイン前の下書きはどこに保存されますか？Where is my pre-login draft stored?
下書きはこのブラウザタブ内に1件だけ保存され、新しい入力で上書きされます。タブを閉じると通常消え、保存から24時間を超えた下書きは無効になります。発行操作まではサーバーに請求内容を保存しません。One draft is stored only in this browser tab and replaced by new input. It normally disappears when the tab closes and expires after 24 hours. The invoice contents are not saved to the server until you issue it.
ログインなしで何件まで試せますか？How much can I try without signing in?
無制限作成を防ぐため、お試し作成は1メールアドレスにつき24時間で3件まで、自分宛てのお試しメールは1日1通までです。続けて作成・管理する場合は、発行確認に使ったメールと同じGoogleアカウントで新規作成してください。To prevent unlimited creation, trial creation is limited to three invoices per email address in 24 hours, and the self-addressed trial email is limited to one per day. To continue creating and managing invoices, create an account with the Google account that uses the same email.
新規アカウントはどうやって作りますか？How do I create a new account?
新規作成はGoogleアカウントを使用します。ログイン画面の「初めて利用する方」から「Googleアカウントで新規作成」を選んでください。メールアドレスだけでの新規作成は行っていません。New accounts use Google. On the login page, choose Create account with Google under First time here. Email-only account creation is not available.
支払う方のログインは必要ですか？Does the payer need to log in?
不要です。請求リンクを開き、ご自身のウォレットで送金を承認します。請求者用の管理画面にはログインしません。No. They open the invoice link and approve the transfer in their own wallet. They do not log in to the issuer dashboard.
Open請求が支払いを預かったり、代理で送金したりしますか？Does Open Seikyu hold funds or transfer them on a payer’s behalf?
いいえ。支払う方が自分のウォレットで請求者の受取先へ直接送金します。Open請求は請求リンクの作成と入金状況の確認を支援します。No. The payer transfers directly from their own wallet to the issuer’s receiving address. Open Seikyu helps create invoice links and check payment status.
請求書をカードで支払えますか？Can invoices be paid by card?
請求書のカード決済には対応していません。支払いリンクに表示されるJPYC・USDC・USDTのEVMマルチチェーン、またはUSDC・USDT / Solanaのウォレット決済をご利用ください。Invoice card payments are not supported. Use JPYC, USDC, or USDT on a supported EVM network, or USDC or USDT on Solana, as shown on the payment link.
JPYC / USDC / USDTで支払ったのに完了になりません。I paid with JPYC, USDC, or USDT, but it is not complete.
送金後はブロックチェーンの反映に少し時間がかかることがあります。画面が「入金確認中」になったら再送金せず、そのまま待ってください。解決しない場合は請求書URL、選んだネットワーク、トランザクションIDを請求者へ伝えてください。Blockchain confirmation can take a little time. When the screen shows Confirming payment, do not send again; wait for confirmation. If it does not resolve, share the invoice URL, selected network, and transaction ID with the issuer.
利用できない支払い方法はありますか？Are there unsupported payment methods?
請求書のカード決済、銀行振込、PayPay、現金、HashPort Wallet for Bizの店頭QRには対応していません。自動確認できるJPYC・USDC・USDTの対応EVMネットワーク、またはUSDC・USDT / Solanaをご利用ください。Invoice card payments, bank transfers, PayPay, cash, and HashPort Wallet for Biz merchant QR payments are not supported. Use automatically confirmed JPYC, USDC, or USDT on supported EVM networks, or USDC or USDT on Solana.
請求書と領収書はどこで確認できますか？Where can I view the invoice and receipt?
支払う方は請求リンク上部の「請求書プレビュー」で請求書PDFを確認できます。領収書は入金確認後に発行され、請求者が共有・保存できます。Payers can open the invoice PDF from Invoice preview at the top of the payment link. The receipt is issued after payment confirmation and can be shared or saved by the issuer.
支払い・キャンセル・返金の条件はどこで確認できますか？Where can I check payment, cancellation, and refund terms?
通常の請求では請求者が請求ごとに発行前に設定します。ログインなしのお試し発行では入力は任意で、空欄の場合は「条件未設定・当事者間で確認」と支払いページと請求書に表示されます。取引、取消し、返金は請求者と支払う方の責任で直接確認・解決してください。For a regular invoice, the issuer sets these terms before issuance. In the sign-in-free trial flow they are optional; if omitted, the invoice and payment page state that the terms are unset and must be confirmed directly. The issuer and payer are responsible for confirming and resolving the transaction, cancellation, and refund directly.
ウォレット送金を取り消したり、OPEN請求から返金できますか？Can a wallet transfer be cancelled or refunded by Open Seikyu?
ブロックチェーン送金は原則として取り消せません。OPEN請求は資産を預からないため返金を代行できません。誤送金や返金は、請求書に表示された条件に従って請求者と支払う方の間で直接ご相談ください。Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Because Open Seikyu does not hold funds, it cannot issue a refund on a party’s behalf. The issuer and payer should resolve mistaken transfers or refunds directly under the terms shown on the invoice.
ログインできない場合は？What if I cannot log in?
パスキーを設定している場合は端末で確認し、使えない場合はメール認証を選べます。If you use a passkey, verify it on the device; if it is unavailable, choose email verification.
利用料金やプランはありますか？Are there plans or subscription fees?
現在、月額料金・有料プラン・決済手数料はありません。一括請求、定期配信、PDFのロゴ・電子印を含むすべての機能を利用できます。安定運営のため、請求作成は1アカウント月1,000件までです。There is currently no subscription fee, paid plan, or payment fee. All features are available. For stable operation, invoice creation is limited to 1,000 per account each month.
メールは何通まで送れますか？How many emails can I send?
お試しでは請求先へ送信せず、自分宛てのお試しメールは1日1通までです。ログイン後は1アカウント月1,500通、1回100通まで配信待ちへ登録できます。無料運営中の請求・督促メールはサービス全体で1日70通まで順次送り、超過分は翌日以降へ持ち越します。The trial does not email the recipient and allows one self-addressed trial email per day. After login, each account can queue up to 1,500 messages per month and 100 at once. During free operation, the service sends up to 70 invoice and reminder emails per day; overflow remains queued.
