始めるのに招待コードは必要ですか？Do I need an invitation code?
不要です。「新しく始める」からメールアドレスを確認すれば、すぐにアカウントを作成できます。No. Select Get started and verify your email address to create an account.
支払う方のログインは必要ですか？Does the payer need to log in?
不要です。請求リンクを開き、ご自身のウォレットで送金を承認します。請求者用の管理画面にはログインしません。No. They open the invoice link and approve the transfer in their own wallet. They do not log in to the issuer dashboard.
Open請求が支払いを預かったり、代理で送金したりしますか？Does Open Seikyu hold funds or transfer them on a payer’s behalf?
いいえ。支払う方が自分のウォレットで請求者の受取先へ直接送金します。Open請求は請求リンクの作成と入金状況の確認を支援します。No. The payer transfers directly from their own wallet to the issuer’s receiving address. Open Seikyu helps create invoice links and check payment status.
請求書をカードで支払えますか？Can invoices be paid by card?
請求書のカード決済には対応していません。支払いリンクに表示されるJPYC / PolygonまたはUSDC / Solanaのウォレット決済をご利用ください。Invoice card payments are not supported. Use the JPYC / Polygon or USDC / Solana wallet option shown on the payment link.
JPYC / USDCで支払ったのに完了になりません。I paid with JPYC or USDC, but it is not complete.
送金後はブロックチェーンの反映に少し時間がかかることがあります。画面が「入金確認中」になったら再送金せず、そのまま待ってください。解決しない場合は請求書URLとトランザクションIDを請求者へ伝えてください。Blockchain confirmation can take a little time. When the screen shows Confirming payment, do not send again; wait for confirmation. If it does not resolve, share the invoice URL and transaction ID with the issuer.
利用できない支払い方法はありますか？Are there unsupported payment methods?
請求書のカード決済、銀行振込、PayPay、現金、HashPort Wallet for Bizの店頭QRには対応していません。自動確認できるJPYC / Polygon・USDC / Solanaをご利用ください。Invoice card payments, bank transfers, PayPay, cash, and HashPort Wallet for Biz merchant QR payments are not supported. Use automatically confirmed JPYC / Polygon or USDC / Solana.
請求書と領収書はどこで確認できますか？Where can I view the invoice and receipt?
支払う方は請求リンク上部の「請求書プレビュー」で請求書PDFを確認できます。領収書は入金確認後に発行され、請求者が共有・保存できます。Payers can open the invoice PDF from Invoice preview at the top of the payment link. The receipt is issued after payment confirmation and can be shared or saved by the issuer.
ログインできない場合は？What if I cannot log in?
パスキーを設定している場合は端末で確認し、使えない場合はメール認証を選べます。If you use a passkey, verify it on the device; if it is unavailable, choose email verification.
FreeとProの違いは？What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Freeは月3件まで請求を作成でき、顧客登録は5名までです。適格請求書情報、税率、請求書・領収書PDF、会計・確定申告用データはFreeでも利用できます。Proは請求・顧客数が上限なしになり、一括作成・配信、定期請求、PDFのロゴ・電子印、広告非表示を利用できます。Free includes up to three invoices per month and five customers. Tax invoice details, tax rates, invoice and receipt PDFs, and accounting exports are available on Free too. Pro removes invoice and customer limits and adds batch workflows, recurring invoices, PDF branding, and no ads.
Proの支払いは何に使われますか？What is Stripe used for?
Proの月額利用料金はStripeで決済します。これはOpen請求のSaaS利用料金であり、請求書の支払いをカード決済したり、請求金額から手数料を差し引いたりするものではありません。Stripe is used only for the monthly Open Seikyu Pro subscription. It does not process invoice payments or deduct transaction-based fees from invoice amounts.
解約できますか？Can I cancel?
プラン画面からStripeの安全な画面で手続きできます。期間終了までは現在のプランを利用でき、解約後もデータは消えません。Freeの上限内で引き続き利用できます。Yes. Open Stripe from the Plans page. Your current plan remains active through the billing period, and your data is kept after cancellation. You can continue within the Free plan limits.
